If you are not satisfied with your windows all we ask is the chance to fix our mistakes and if you still aren’t satisfied you will be refunded.*
*Refunds will only be issued in cases where there are imperfections or deficiencies in the quality of our work. We do not offer refunds for preexisting damage to windows or other surfaces. In service agreements where we are contracted to clean only one side of a window (interior or exterior), we are not responsible for any existing damage, dirt, or debris on the side that was not included in our scope of work. We stand by the quality of our service and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service so we can address the issue promptly.
